Chai (the cat) wanted to be in the room. The door to said room was closed. Chai, lacking thumbs and appropriate knowledge, could not open the door. In the ferocity of her efforts, the Lei fell victim.

What I find most interesting about this morning’s presentation is the motive and means have been present for an extraordinary length of time. For years, that ornamentation of the neck has adorned that specific doornob. And that specific cat has many times expressed a desire to be on the other side of that door. But it wasn’t until this evening prior that her muse spoke. Prodded her into manifestation of thought. Pushing her to the brink of self-expression, before launching her into furious creative creation.

Don’t ask me what it means, though. I don’t get art.

Hey. It’s Monday. Go do a thing!

(and listen to your muse)
