A throwback to some former tenants. These two were kind enough the adhere to the color scheme of the bathroom they inhabited.
Five star renters. Would foster again.
Glanced outside, and it finally looks like fall. There are colors in the leaves, the blue in the sky has that crispy edge, and an army of pumpkins has invaded the neighbor’s front yard.
Seriously. There are at least a hundred gourds of various sizes, shapes, and colors piled about this guy’s front door. It’s actually quite impressive. I have no fall decorations, and now I suspect I’ve somehow let my whole neighborhood down. Not that everyone on the block has piles of squash along their front walks. In fact, most of the houses, like mine, don’t have anything. But being directly across the street from this promiscuous display of autumn harvest, I feel I should at least have something. Perhaps a couple of those twelve foot tall skeletons? Or maybe an inflatable dragon? Suburbia can be rather competitive, I find.
Well, we’ve run out of calendar to address it sufficiently this year. I guess I should start planning for next….
Farewell for now, my Cat Haiku Faithful. Have a good Thursday (garbage goes out).
