Almost Daily Cat Haiku

Hello Monday!

Ok peoples, grab your caffination delivery substance of choice and get that commute started. Or sit on the couch and try to figure out what the cat is staring at.  Either way, it’ll still be Monday.

Look. I get it. Garfield hated Mondays, and we all feel obliged to agree with him. But sometimes we forget, Garfield isn’t real. He’s a cartoon character. A drawing. On paper, once upon a time. Maybe it’s his love for lasagna that lends credibility to his irrational ranking of days. But everyone loves lasagna. Ev. Er. Ree. One. Seriously, if you find someone who doesn’t like lasagna, they’re probably a pod-person from outterspace. Not that that makes them a bad person. Some of my best friends possibly from outterspace. And not one of them has ever taken my brain out and replaced it with keylime jello.  That I’m aware of.
