To all of my clamoring fans who have spent sleepless nights wringing their hands with worry, do not fret. I assure you, I have been writing. Just not haikuing. That all changes today!
As mentioned somewhere in the previous thirty-seven or so postings, I do enjoy writing. Sometimes, I write just seventeen syllables at a time. Sometimes (like right now), it’s a few dozen words of whimsical wit and wisdom. And on occasion, I write pages at a time. P A G E S It is almost impressive. Almost, because I haven’t written all the pages for anything yet. I have ideas for things that have the potential to become towering manuscripts. There are some of those ideas I have fleshed out into brief descriptions, plots even. And, there are a select few ideas for which I have the aforementioned quantities of gathered words. But none, as of yet, consist of all of their pages. All the great works I have working are sadly incomplete.
“When will I see one?”, you ask.
Why, when I have finished it. Of course!
And don’t ask when that will happen, I do not know.
But I am writing things…
Well, until Bruni decides I am done writing things, that is. (I am ferociously hammering out these collections of characters with my thumbs. It is all he allows me)
