Almost Daily Cat Haiku

Oh. Hello there. I didn’t hear you come in.

You’re probably wondering where I’ve been, and how the cats are doing, and whether or not I’m eating ice-cream at this very moment. Well, I’m not eating ice-cream at this very moment, and I just feel terrible about that.

As far as where I’ve been for the past (checks my watch) … (realizes I don’t wear one) who-knows-how-long, I’ve been here the whole time. I’ve just been lazy.

Cats are great though. Thanks for asking. They appreciate your concern. Not as much as they appreciate snacks, though.

And since I know you’ve all been waiting for your “daily” Haiku so patiently these last <insert number> <insert appropriate time demarkation>, I’ll post this now instead of waiting until tomorrow morning.
